Check-in

Check-in is from 4pm. Whenever possible, we love to welcome our guests in person — we live very close to the apartment and it's no trouble at all. We'll coordinate everything based on your arrival time, so just let us know when you're on your way.

If we can't be there in person, we'll prepare a keybox just outside our front door with a code. The exact address is Salita Superiore di S. Gerolamo, 49. The door is grey, and the keybox is right in front of it — the code will be in your booking message, or just ask us.

Inside you'll find two keys. The small one opens the grey street door (the portone). The big one is the house key — it opens the apartment door on the second floor, up the staircase, first door on the right. There's no lift, so please keep that in mind.

The apartment will be clean and ready for you: fresh sheets on the bed, clean towels, and in the kitchen you're welcome to use everything. There'll be a moka pot and coffee ready to go in the morning, and a cold bottle of water in the fridge for when you arrive.

Check-out is before 11am. Just leave the keys in the post box named Pallavicini Rohr on your way out.
